Educational Foundation: Lalit L. Vanjani began his journey at the prestigious National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering in 1990. And subsequently - MIE (India) & Chartered Engineer (India) from The Institute of Engineer’s (India). His academic excellence laid the groundwork for a career marked by innovation and leadership.
Initial Career at GEB and PGVCL: Lalit’s professional career took off at Gujarat Electricity Board (GEB), now known as Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL), where he served for over 25 years. Starting as a Junior Engineer, he quickly rose through the ranks due to his expertise, dedication, and innovative approach to complex electrical challenges.
Diverse Roles and Responsibilities: Throughout his tenure at PGVCL, Lalit held various pivotal roles, including Deputy Engineer and Senior Manager, overseeing significant projects that enhanced the region's Power Distribution - Infrastructure and Efficiency.
Shift to Entrepreneurship: In 2016, driven by a passion for sustainable energy solutions and a vision to leverage his vast experience, Lalit founded Greentech Power Solutions. The company was born out of his commitment to blending cutting-edge technology with environmental sustainability.
Focus on Renewable Energy: Under his leadership, Greentech has become a Government-Empanelled Solar Rooftop installer and a pioneer in promoting Renewable Energy sources across various sectors, significantly contributing to reducing carbon footprints.
Innovation in Electrical Engineering: Lalit has steered Greentech towards numerous innovations in Electrical Consultancy, Design and Energy Efficiency. His approach involves continuous learning and adapting to technological advancements, positioning Greentech as a leader in smart and sustainable power solutions.
